POSTURE REMINDER FOR RIDERS, WITH WELLTEX®.
The posture Reminder helps you to improve your posture naturally and gradually. It guides the body to keep good posture while simultaneously keeping the muscles activated. In this way, you get a low-intensity strengthening every day, and your posture gradually improves over time. The harness is lined with Welltex® technology to stimulate blood circulation in the area, which can help keep your muscles relaxed and flexible.

Over time, the Posture Reminder for riders can help you; reduce problems with muscle tension, activate the core muscles, improve your flexibility, and improve communication between you and your horse.

The harness has an adjustable hook-and-loop fastening that makes it easy to put on, take off and adjust. Wear the harness loosely adjusted so that it only tightens when you "lose posture", you will then be encouraged to stretch. Wear Posture Reminder 1-3 hours at a time; during training, in the stable or at home.
