This neck piece is made from a 3D mesh material, with two broad, tapered bands of cooling fabric strategically placed on each side of the horse’s neck. It has a narrow hook and loop closure in the front for easy attachment to a head halter.  

The Cool on Track Neck Cover is compatible with the Cool on Track Horse Rug but can also be used on its own.

The neck cover closes with hook and loop webbing and square rings in stainless steel to ensure a safe and secure fit that is also highly adjustable.
