Bay Rain Dog Coat is waterproof (10000 mm), sleek, flexible and very lightweight. On the reverse side of the fabric, closest to the dog, there is a print containing a new and exciting technology with a multitude of useful properties, among them high thermal conductivity - the ability to spread and dissipate heat. The technology can be used to recycle heat as well as the far infrared energy (FIR) radiating from the body.
Through this very item - the BAY Rain Dog Coat - we introduce our most future-oriented technology: Fusiontex.
The method (printing) greatly expands the possibilities in terms of what textiles can be used for conveying the FIR effect. One of the primary benefits is illustrated by this raincoat: It is remarkably thin and does not need a lining, something that would otherwise be required to incorporate the mineral component of the textil technology.
“Bay” is designed to envelop the dog’s body, but also to allow for optimal freedom of movement. This is achieved through a body-hugging fit around thighs and chest, with a wrap-around front leaving room for leg movement. Since this version is intended for dogs with a high set tail, the back ends with a drawstring for adjustment of back length. Elasticated leg straps keep the thin and lightweight fabric in contact with the body at all times.
The well-shaped collar is highly adjustable thanks to drawstrings both at the top and around the neck.

- Orders above the value of € 150,- will be shipped free of charge within Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland and Czech Republic! Exemptions may apply for other countries (Spain over €250. Italy, Portugal over €500).
Delivery time
- The current delivery time using DPD is 3-6 working days, Monday-Friday excluding Bank holidays & other public holidays.
- The current delivery time to Belgium and Luxembourg is 2-5 working days, Monday-Friday excluding Bank holidays & other public holidays.

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
