The Back On Track® Hock Brace is manufactured from a revolutionary, durable polyester material, which incorporates a unique ceramic fabric that gives the product its heat-reflecting properties. The product is secured using four hook and loop straps.

To obtain the appropriate size requirement, measure the circumference of the animal's leg above the first joint (tarsus) to give you the upper leg dimension. Measure the circumference of the animal's leg between top of the paw & the tarsus (hock) joint to give you the lower leg dimension. Then, measure the leg length from the top of the paw.

The Hock Brace does not reinforce or immobilize the limbs or in any way act as a splint. However, when fitted securely, but comfortably (utilising the hook and loop straps), they do form a robust support, yet still allowing for normal movement.
