Edward Lévy è un cavaliere di salto ostacoli internazionale. È uno dei cavalieri più giovani della squadra francese. Considerato uno dei cavalieri più talentuosi ed emergenti sulla scena internazionale, ha vinto in particolare il titolo di Campione Francese nella categoria Young Riders nel 2012 e il titolo nella categoria 7 anni durante il Campionato Nazionale per Giovani Cavalli tenutosi a Fontainebleau all'età di 18 anni.
Edward ha iniziato a saltare a livello CSI5* nel 2017. Da allora ha prosperato a questo livello sportivo di punta ed è entrato a far parte del GCL nel 2019 come parte del team Valkenswaard United. Si è classificato 5° nella classifica FEI U25 e ora si trova al 46° posto nella classifica Longines.
